Instructions for Parents
Enjoy the fun and intimacy of connecting
with your baby through massage.

What You Need
  1. Baby - newborn up to preschool
  2. Blanket - mat for you & blanket for baby
  3. Lubricant - almond oil, olive oil, baby lotion....any lubricant safe for baby's skin
  4. Adult - one adult person for each baby or child attending class
  5. Clothes - comfortable clothes for you & a diaper for your baby
  6. Time - one hour for each class...recommend three classes
  7. Desire - to improve baby's health & make a special connection with little one
  8. Money - $40 for each class
  9. Phone - call to schedule your appointment
  10. Space - classes held at my office OR your home
  • No matter if your baby is brand new or two years old.
  • No matter if you are the mom, the dad, the grandma or the grandpa.        
  • If  you are interested in connecting more closely to your little one, massage is a great way to accomplish your goal.
  • Regular baby massage improves circulation and brings nutrition to all the body cells.  
  • Massage can be stimulating for your baby's general good health as well as sedating for a restless baby.
  • Learn fun and easy techniques to improve your baby's mental and physical health.

Parents are always excited about
the idea of learning to massage
their new babies. Time and
energy become a huge factor,
however, when getting settled at
home. I completely understand.
So allow me to come to you and
introduce you to the enjoyment
baby massage can bring to you
and your baby.
Babies Rule...you know they do! So we find a
time that is best for baby. Some babies like
massage first thing when they wake up, some
before or after bath, some like massage to sooth
before bedtime. When we find the best time for
your baby, it will become a joy for both parents
and baby.

Kya Nichole is 6 weeks old here. Babies of all
ages benefit from massage and I haven't found
a baby yet who doesn't love it.
Alway tell your baby
what you are doing.
Look them directly in
their eyes.
