This is a letter of reference for Cathy Kline as a coach of Conflict Revolution®. As the founder, developer and
main practitioner of this revolutionary process, I give my full endorsement to Ms. Kline and her skills,
understanding, knowledge and practice of Conflict Revolution® and her ability to coach it.
In the autumn of 2007, Ms. Kline attended a workshop I was presenting in Worthington, Ohio. Because of that
introduction, the following summer she contacted me and arranged for my appearance at an event she
co-produces in Alabama; Sand, Sea and Spirit. During that week together, she became a personal friend as well
as expressing interest in learning more about Conflict Revolution®.
In November 2008, she took it upon herself to organize a Con Rev® workshop for me to present in her
hometown of Columbus. Not only did she do an outstanding job of making that event a total success, she began
immediately using Con Rev® on her own conflicts, to amazing results.
Having already been certified as a Life Coach, Cathy immediately began training to be a classroom trainer as
well as a Con Rev® coach. She demonstrated an advanced level of coaching me through some Revs of my own.
Her help was instrumental in moving me through some deeply embedded blocks I had been addressing, but
unable to turn around.
However, the true tests came when she took on practice coaching clients as a part of the certification process. I
can easily say these clients all made major breakthroughs in the first if not second session. Her compassion
coupled with her rigorous dedication to the process, her willingness to become the change herself and then go the
extra mile, and her uncanny ability to articulate and hold forth the discipline needed to work this process make
her an outstanding first-ever official Conflict Revolution® Coach.
I cannot say enough about Cathy and her abilities. It will be well worth your time, energy and resources to have
her coach you in Conflict Revolution®. She has my complete endorsement.
